Terms of Sale (CGV)

Purpose

the printing and postal delivery of personalised physical postcards created in the app.

Price

shown in the app before you confirm, inclusive of tax; postage depends on the destination zone. During the beta, sending is free.

Order and payment

the order is placed when you send the card; payment is made by card through a secure provider and becomes final once payment is confirmed. An order to an address that has opted out at wywy.eu/stop is refused before any payment is taken.

Printing and delivery

carried out by a printing and mailing provider. Each card is printed and posted within one working day. We do not commit to an arrival date: transit time depends on the postal services and we are not liable for postal delays.

Right of withdrawal

excluded (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code) — personalised goods made to the consumer's specifications.

User content

the user is solely responsible, warrants that they hold the necessary rights, and undertakes not to send unlawful or offensive content; Wywy may refuse an order.

Liability

limited to the amount of the order; we are not liable for an incorrect address provided by the user.

Complaints

hello@wywy.eu ; a reprint is possible where the defect is attributable to Wywy.

Reporting and moderation

Users may report a postcard they have received if its content is illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, spam, or otherwise contravenes these terms. Reporting is done from within the app.

Because postcards are printed and posted within one working day of ordering, a card that has already been produced cannot be recalled or intercepted. A report allows us to review the sender's account for the future; it cannot stop a card already in the post.

When a report is made, we retain a copy of the reported content and the identities of the parties involved, in order to review the report and, where necessary, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This retention applies even if the reported account is subsequently deleted.

Users may block another user, which prevents that user from contacting them or sending them postcards.

We reserve the right to refuse to print or send any order, to suspend or to delete any account that contravenes these terms, without notice and without refund of orders already produced.

Governing law

French law; the parties will seek an amicable settlement, failing which the French courts have jurisdiction.
